I found this on gadgetmadness.com and for only $39 it's a great gift for that hard to shop for person. The Pico Freeloader Solar Charger is small and lightweight. It provides about 35 hours on mobile phone, 14 hours on iPod, or 1.5 hours on GPS on a single 10 hour charge. (And just in case there's no sun, you can recharge using a usb). Once again, only $39.
